The Tarmac Jute Sheet 15' x 12' (4.57m x 3.66m) is a reusable natural jute cover designed to help keep fresh tarmac and asphalt warm during laying and compaction. The dense, breathable jute fibres provide effective insulation, slowing heat loss and reducing wind chill on new patches, trenches and reinstatement works. A light wax layer offers added protection against dirt and light moisture while remaining breathable. Pre-fitted ropes and eyelets make it quick to secure to pins, cones or barriers on site. The sheet is a practical choice for roadworks, utility repairs, car parks and driveways, working alongside rollers, plate compactors and hotbox operations.
