Strainers & Filter Bags

Hose strainers and filter bags help prevent dirt, stones and other debris from entering pumps and water handling equipment. They are commonly fitted to suction hose inlets or used to filter sediment from transferred water.

Use a hose strainer to protect the pump inlet during water transfer, drainage and dewatering jobs. Sediment filter bags can be used where discharged water needs to be separated from soil, silt and suspended particles.
