These 6x40mm PZD countersunk screws from the Solo range are general-purpose fixings for timber, sheet materials and light metal-to-wood assemblies. Made from steel with a zinc-passivated finish, they offer improved resistance to corrosion compared with plain steel, making them a dependable choice for internal and sheltered applications. The Pozidriv countersunk head seats flush for a tidy finish in wood, chipboard and similar materials. Suited to both trade and DIY use, they drive cleanly with a PZ2 bit using a hand screwdriver or a cordless drill/driver.
