Overview:
The PCL Hose Tail 9.5 mm (3/8") I/D Hose to Male Thread R 1/4" (HC1217S) is a hose tail adaptor for compressed air systems. It connects a 9.5 mm internal diameter air hose to a 1/4 inch male taper thread. The R 1/4 designation is ISO 7-1 BSPT, giving a reliable threaded joint with compatible female ports on compressors, filters, regulators, manifolds and pneumatic tools. The barbed tail accepts standard 3/8" (9.5 mm) hose and is secured using a suitable clamp. Genuine OEM replacement part from PCL. The one-piece machined form with taper thread assists sealing with PTFE tape or liquid thread sealant. Suitable for workshop airline installations, mobile compressor rigs and general plant maintenance where a straightforward hose-to-thread transition is needed. Supplied in D/PK pack format.
