The X-Climb is the first multi-norm helmet from STIHL designed specifically for tree surgeons. The new X-Climb conforms to both; EN 397 (helmets for industrial use “hard hats”) and also EN 12492 (helmets for climbing and mountaineering). This makes the X-Climb perfect for tree surgeons who can wear this helmet on the ground as well as in the tree.
Universally applicable on the ground for wood harvesting and tree care work. Very comfortable to wear thanks to very good ventilation, a 4-point chinstrap with magnetic closure, and comfortable ratchet adjustment of the headband. High security through reflective stickers. The helmet shell is made of UV-stabilized ABS, the visor is made of nylon for long service life, and highly insulating ear defenders SNR 28.
