Overview:
Wynns Fuel Biocide For Petrol & Diesel (963 260) is a liquid antimicrobial additive designed to protect fuel systems in construction plant, garden machinery, commercial vehicles and generators. It is formulated to kill bacteria, algae and fungi ("diesel bug") and to prevent their regrowth in tanks and lines. The biocide dissolves in hydrocarbons as well as residual water phases, so it reaches contamination wherever it forms. It neutralises acids produced by microorganisms, helping to minimise corrosion risks in metal tanks and components, and it does not affect normal fuel quality. Supplied in a robust bottle with an integrated dosing cap, it is convenient to apply in small engines, site equipment, ride-on mowers and larger fuel storage setups. Suitable for both petrol and diesel systems used on-site or stored for extended periods.
