Overview:
Fill & Fix Expanding Foam 500ml by Everbuild (EVFF5) is a single-component polyurethane aerosol foam for gap filling, fixing, and insulating. It dispenses as a controlled bead that expands to fill voids and cures to a firm, cuttable foam. Designed for building, maintenance, and workshop use, it is suitable on common substrates such as brick, concrete, stone, plaster, timber, and many plastics. It is useful around construction and garden machinery where draught-proofing or vibration damping is needed, as well as around pipe penetrations, window and door frames, and cable routes. The foam is rapid setting, can be cut, sawn, or plastered after curing, and provides both thermal and acoustic insulation. Best applied between +5°C and +25°C, with optimal performance at around 20°C.
