Overview:
The Abracs Carbide Burr Kit 5 Piece is a set of solid tungsten carbide rotary burrs for accurate deburring, shaping, grinding and weld removal on hard metals. The kit contains five popular profiles: DAR12 (cylindrical ball nose), DAR1 (cylindrical with end cut), DAR26 (ball), DAR5 (ball nose tree), and DAR14 (ball nose cone). Each burr has a 6 mm shank (approx. 0.24 in) for secure use in straight/die grinders and compatible rotary tools with 6 mm collets. Carbide construction provides high hardness, edge retention and heat resistance, giving consistent metal removal and a controlled finish. Suitable for steels, stainless steel, alloy steels and cast iron, this set covers coarse stock removal through to fine edge finishing in fabrication, maintenance and engineering tasks.
