In this video, we show you how to change the recoil assembly on a Stihl FS410C Clearing Saw.

Today we're going to change the recoil rope on a Stihl FS410C. First use a torx spanner to remove the four screws which hold the recoil in place. Once they're removed, free the recoil from the machine. Place your new recoil back onto the machine. You can then place each screw into position. Screw each of the screws back in. This will secure the recoil assembly. That's how you change the recoil rope on a FS410C.
