Overview:
The Dormer A002 HSS‐TiN Coated Jobber Drill is a durable, general‐purpose metal drilling bit designed for clean, accurate holes. Made from high‐speed steel with a hard, low‐friction titanium nitride coating, it balances toughness with wear resistance for dependable performance in daily use. The 15/32 in (11.91 mm) diameter suits a wide range of fixings and clearance holes, while the jobber length offers good rigidity without sacrificing reach. A self‐centring split point helps start precisely and reduces wandering on curved or hard surfaces. Conforming to DIN 338 RN, BS 328 and ISO 235, it works well in hand drills, cordless drills, and drill presses. Overall length is 151 mm with a working length of 101 mm.
