Overview:
The 2 Ton - 8 Metre Webbing Lifting Sling/Strop is a flat webbing sling for safe lifting and handling of heavy loads on site and in workshops. Made from tough woven webbing with stitched, reinforced eye loops at each end, it spreads the load across a 60 mm width to reduce point pressure and help protect the load surface. With a working lifting capacity of 2 tons (approximately 1,814 kg) and an overall length of 8 metres, it suits cranes, gantries, hoists, and lifting attachments on plant such as excavators, telehandlers, and forklifts fitted with hooks. Finished in green for easy identification, it conforms to BS3481: Part 2 1983 and is supplied with a test certificate for quality assurance and traceability.
