The AK System is powered by three 36 V Lithium-Ion batteries, AK 10, AK 20 and AK 30. The high quality cells are aligned in a way so constant power is delivered to the tool over impressive run times. The compact and light design of the batteries results in a low tool weight during use, making the system a versatile choice for a variety of gardening tasks. The interchangeable nature of the AK batteries with AK System tools offers an economical solution to domestic garden maintenance. Stihl AR (36v) Battery & Charger Range

Backpack Lithium-Ion batteries with high power capacities for long run times. They offer USB connection, and Bluetooth interface for connection with STIHL connected allowing you to keep track of battery levels on your smart phone. AR range batteries have a sturdy housing with integrated carry handle and charge-level indicator (six LEDs). They can be directly connected with RMA 765 V or attached to AR L carrying system and AR L connecting cable for tools with a socket and in combination with an AP adapter for tools with a battery slot.
