Today we're going to change the belt on a Flymo Easimo Lawnmower. Firstly make sure the lawnmower is off and unplugged. To access inside the lawnmower you will need to remove the housing cover. Unscrew the two screws located on the top of the housing, using a screwdriver. You can now remove this part. You will now need to remove the blade, flip the lawnmower over, so the blade is exposed. Using a 13 mm socket spanner, unscrew the bolt in an anticlockwise motion. When you have eased the bolt, you can now remove it, along with the washer and blade. You will now need to unscrew the 4 screws located underneath with a screwdriver. Unscrew the final screw, located towards the front of the mower, using a screwdriver. This is quite awkward and you may need pliers to retrieve the screw. Flip the lawn mower back, remove the filters and then lift out the motor and base plate. Turn the base plate around, so you can see the belt. To release and slack the belt, you will need to unscrew the four screws. You can either replace the belt, or check for any damage visually and with your fingers. Now put the belt back, pinching the top to place back into position. Tighten the belt by securing the four screws. Flip the base plate up the correct way, and place back into position with the filters. Turn the mower upside down and then secure the screws underneath, including the four surrounding the deck and the one at the top of the deck. Place the blade back, and secure the bolt with a socket spanner. Put the housing back, clipping it into position and fix with the two screws. That's how you change the belt on a Flymo Easimo Lawnmower.
