Can you retrofit this tensioner to a saw MS 170 that does not have one. Also I have the 1/4 "/3.2 mm plastic flat file round file combo shaping tool - 1/4' / 3.2 mm & 3/8P 4.00 tool :- what are the part numbers for the round and flat files for these two please.
